Yoga Classes at Yoga Tree

Yoga for Beginners  Perfect for first timers, beginners, anybody wanting take the Physical (Asana) yoga practice back to basics or simply take a more gentle approach, as well as creating a beautiful foundation to a meditation practice.

All Levels Our All Levels classes are open to all students! Teachers offer modifications for all levels!

Candlelight Yoga  Sun Salutations, strengthening postures and uplifting music all with nice candlelight.  

Chair Yoga Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Great for those who are not able or prefer not to be on the floor. All Levels Welcome. $5 Drop In -  Community Class or use your membership

Community All Levels Just like our All Levels classes, but the drop in is $5!

Gentle All Levels  All Levels class but with more props and softer transitions.

Hatha Yoga/Flow Hatha Yoga is the traditional practice of combining breath and movement, and is all levels.

Hot Yoga This class is done in approx. 90 degrees. Going deep in your practice with long holds, breath work, strong core work.

Meditation Circle We meet once a week for a community class meditation,  offering the  opportunity for guided meditation and silent meditation. Together let use raise our vibrations and explore our inner selves.  No meditation experience necessary.

Nighttime Flow Our Nighttime Flow classes are later in the evening, and are a perfect chance to downgrade from your day!

PIYO  PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Power Hour Our Power Hour classes are fast paced and energetic! *Prior Yoga experience encouraged

Private Sessions Private sessions are a good option for beginner yoga students and advanced yogis alike. Your instructor will help you align your body properly and pay special attention to the areas where you can improve your yoga mastery. Let us know which instructor you'd like to work with and we will connect you!

Rockin' Vinyasa Our Rockin' Vinyasa classes are fast paced and energetic, with great music!

Sunrise Yoga Our Sunrise Yoga classes are a great chance to start the day on your mat.  You will awaken your mind and body for the day ahead.

Work Out of the Day (WOD) Join our certified Personal Trainers for a 30 minute full body workout in our state of the art functional  fitness center.
